feat: Add 2-product structure (csirt-automation, iot-prototype) with ADR/EXP/AAR templates

- Root level templates with Product field - csirt-automation/ sub-project for CSIRT AI efficiency - iot-prototype/ sub-project for IoT security prototyping - Cross-product README with grep-based search guidance
